Rates, payments and cancellation

Email or call the hotel with your dates, preferred room and guest details. We will confirm availability, the total price, any deposit, payment schedule and cancellation conditions before you book. An enquiry is not a confirmed reservation.

For an existing reservation, refer to your confirmation and contact the hotel with your booking reference. If you booked through another travel website, check that provider’s amendment and cancellation instructions.

Arrival and departure

Reception is open daily from 9am to 10pm. Contact us in advance to arrange an arrival outside these hours. Early check-in from midday and late checkout may be available at £10 per hour, subject to availability.

Breakfast and dining

Breakfast is served from 8am to 10am and is included only with a breakfast rate plan. Meals at MARS Restaurant are charged separately. The restaurant is open from 3pm to 9pm and is closed on Tuesdays.

Choosing your room

Room capacity includes the guests staying in that room. Please tell us the number and ages of children and ask about cot availability before booking. Family room bed arrangements vary. Photos show examples from the supplied room categories and do not guarantee a particular room or layout.

The hotel has a wheelchair-accessible entrance and a lift. Contact us to confirm specific bedroom and bathroom suitability before booking.

Parking

Free public street parking is available nearby, subject to availability. The hotel does not reserve these spaces.

Please call or email the hotel with your dates and number of guests. Reception is open daily from 9am to 10pm. Your reservation is confirmed only when the hotel confirms it.
